一国际知名电信公司招聘硬件系统架构师，要求如下：

Digital HW engineer BBA & Transmission

Background

The Company Access Networks R&D Center is located in Beijing and the scope of the Broad Band Access (BBA) & Transmission team is to develop products within the BBA and Transmission area for Company’s Wire line IP Systems. The products are for the Company’s global product port folio, but support for the local market with localization tasks is also expected. The R&D center in China is defined as one of the strategically competence area for IP & BBA within Company.

 Applicable standards are GPON, xDSL, Ethernet, SDH, WLAN, WiMAX, FTTx and.

Objective of the job

To work with HW design projects within the BBA and Transmission as both designer and doing project feasibility studies.
Obtain and maintain a wide knowledge of Company BBA and Transmission products, design environment and methodologies used within Company R&D Centers and organizations.

Responsibilities

To carry out the assigned tasks and report progress to the R&D Head and project manager.
 To carry out the assigned tasks and report progress to the R&D Head.
 Comply with and follow the directives, instructions and procedures implemented in the R&D Center.
To support the R&D or HW manager in the task to ensure that the HW design activities fulfill the needs within the R&D Center in an efficient way.

Main tasks

Come with inputs to overall system product design
Take lead in HW design tasks as a part of larger product design projects
Analyze new technologies and existing systems to come up with proposals for either performance or cost improvements.

QUALIFICATION
University degree in CS, EE, Telecom or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of Communication systems and their design
Minimum five years experience in a relevant technical areas; e.g. Transmission networks (SDH, Metro Ethernet MEF etc), Access technologies (xDSL, PON, CATV etc) or IP Access Aggregation (Ethernet Switching, Routing, QoS etc), with proven industry experience.
A minimum of three years experience of designing HW, preferable within communication systems in an international company or major Chinese company.
Detailed architectural knowledge of FPGA’s, purpose built ASIC’s (i.e. Ethernet Switching ASIC, xDSL chipsets) and communication processor systems.
Experience with European and American product certification & approval
Understanding of the Telecom market and its players
Good communication skills and social ability.
Fluent in English speaking and writing.
