-business strategy and our customers.Job DescriptionReceives, updates, validates, maintains, and analyzes a variety of files, records and databases for customers, products, offerings and transactions.Analyzes orders, contracts, loads data, follows up and update to related parties with delivery status and assist in collection of debts/accounts receivable.Adheres to all established processes.Handles more complex customer query requests.Maintains a working knowledge of fulfillment procedures and practices.Uses judgment in choosing correct procedures to follow.Ensures compliance to all auditing guidelines.Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsUninversity Degree or aboveDesired Experience
1.University Degree in Language, Art and Administration.
2.Good oral and written English
3.Responsible,enterprising, detail
-oriented, good sense of business and control, able to accomplish tasks independantly
3.Good communication skill
4.Good team player and a fast learner
