To challenge processes, support strategically and take broad operational responsibility within a cooperative environment.Major tasks/job activities:Responsible for all aspects of finance and administration. Reports on a daily basis to the GM and maintains frequent contact with other departments.Financial Management:Manage, develop and improve the financial management and control systems based upon the existing Kingdee Software.Prepare accounts to trial balance, profit and loss statement, balance sheet; etc.Prepare monthly financial reports for the Director and the Board.Prepare and monitor budgets covering income, expenditure and cash flow.Monitors departments actual cost and recoveries versus budgeted cost and recoveries and prepares monthly reports for submittance to the CEO.Control expenditure, cash flow and obtain appropriate financing.Oversee collection of income payments, raise invoices and manage credit control.Operate monthly payroll.Oversee administration of social scheme.Prepare year end accounts for audit and liaise with auditors.Ensures that taxes and other payments are made in a timely manner to all government agencies.Business Planning:Ensure the effective management of resources by assisting with planning and implementation of corporate objectives.With the Director, prepare the annual business plan and annual budgets for submission to the Board.Administration:Take responsibility for overseeing the management, development and continuous improvement of administrative systems including documentation (organization manual)Oversee the proper management and co
-ordination of Board Meetings and the production of the Annual Report.Provides adequate written communication to keep all employees appropriately informed.Human Resources:Take responsibility for developing and managing personnel policy and for advising the Director on strategic HR issues.Landlord/Tenant:Take responsibility for overseeing the management of landlord/tenant matters as appropriate.Insurance:Ensure that proper levels of insurance for the organization, buildings and equipment are maintained in accordance with leases and best practice.Buildings, Facilities and Equipment Management; IT:Take responsibility for overseeing the management of the building, facilities and equipment at the Company office premises, including risk management policies and procedures.Take responsibility for overseeing the management of security and fire systems.Develop and manage planned maintenance systems for the building services and equipment.Oversee the management and implementation of Health and Safety Policy.Manage and provide strategic advice on developing and maintaining the IT system (hardware and software).
