Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Respond customer’s inquires on products, pricing, lead time and other business related points through telephone, fax or email.
-Indoor technical support to customers
-Quote properly against pricing list and pricing rule; Contact division for non
-standard products quotation.
-Coordination with sales team for quotation following up.
- Assist field sales for bidding documentation for big projects
-Build up and maintain outsourcing capability when necessary
-Provide proper customer profile for new customer
-Provide any range of reporting and administrative activities if needed.
