职责：负责客服，电话接听及时处理客户反映的各项问题要求：
1.熟悉计算机办公软件；
2.工作责任心强
3.能够轮夜班
4.普通话流利
5.具备较强的与客户进行电话沟通的能力
6.具备良好的客户开拓与服务能力
7.有一定的外汇知识和金融理念
8.大专以上学历
9.有良好的英文基础优先（cert 6以上）Responsibility:Responsible for Customer Service, answer the phone. Report daily issue to department managerRequirement:
1.Familiar with the computer software for office
2.Able to work under pressure and deliver quality results.
3.Must be fluent in verbally translation from English to Chinese and vise versa
4.Ability to communication and negotiation with customers.
5.Has an initiative to communicate with people
6.Excellent knowledge of the financial industry or the Forex industry
7.Diploma degree or above.
