Job Description:
- Responsible for conducting research and development of network protocols for multimedia delivery over various broadband networks, e
- Exploring and setting up new research directions for multimedia delivery over IP networks
- Following and making contribution of relevant networking standardization.

Education and Skills：
- MS or Ph.D. degree in EE or CS
- 2+ year industrial experiences and software engineering in multimedia communications
- Good understanding of QoS of video streaming over IP networks
- Good experience in Wi-Fi hardware and system design is a plus
- Knowledge of audio / video processing technology is a plus
- Extensive windows and/or Linux programming experience in C/C++ languages
- Experience with P2P protocols or applications is a plus
- Team worker and project management experience preferred
- Good English and communication skills required
