·Prepare training syllabuses, manual
· Consolidate and re-structure the given training material into one that is suitable for PRC retail market
·Evaluate the effectiveness of training methods and make recommendations to the chief training officer
·Cooperate with training officer in terms of dealers contact, invitation sending, travel claim……
· Acquire updated knowledge of training/teaching methods
Qualifications & Requirements:
·University or college graduate in Automotive or Engineering major
· Former sales experience
· Under 30 year old
· Computer literate, fluent in English and Chinese, both written and oral essential is
· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and be a team player
· Customer-orientated mindset with good organizational, administrative and leadership skills
