招聘职位：Regional Technical Center Manager
Responsibilities:
 Take part in elaboration of TC development plan in line with Industry & Facility strategy
 Provide technical supports for I&F business development
 Participate in tender and develop TC part of tender for both technical and financial aspects
 Efficient and timely execution of TC work including design review, independent analysis, risk and HSE consultancy services and product/service development
 In connection with CTC business line and Transport Logistics business line, maintain TC quality system and quality procedures, be responsible for the quality of the work performed by TC
 In charge of management of I&F technical references, including but not limited to, international codes and standards, regional and national codes and standards, key clients general and project technical specifications
 Manage TC team, develop competences and coach new comers
 Be responsible and accountable for TC business unit (profit center) for both PVN(production) and REG(profitability)
 BV China I&F focal point for TC in connection with Head Office business line and BV TC in network

Requirements:
 High technical/engineer education, Bachelor degree is a minimum, Master or Ph.D degree is a plus
 Technical background with sound knowledge of engineering practices
 Work experience in similar position or engineering company or over 8 years experience in design institute, knowledge about offshore industry or lift appliance industry is a plus
 Familiar with regulations for offshore industry, or lifting appliances industry
 Good knowledge of international QHSE codes, standards and regulations in different industries, familiar with risk management approach and its application in industry projects
 Fair business unit (profit center) management skill
 Team work, willing to work as support function
 Good skill in communication, negotiation
 Proficient in using office software, Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Ms project management
 Good command of English
 Open-minded with capability to conduct business in various area
 Team-spirited, strong leadership skill and know how to motivate people
 Good health is required
