1. Collaborates with different functional teams from all Market Business Units in China to enhance sales and improve forecasting processes. Partners with different functional teams from the Market Business Units to identify and resolve discrepancies between sales forecasts and inventory forecasts.

2. Collects Market Business Units’ marketing data, incorporates it into statistical forecasting models to generate inventory forecasts for all distribution centers in China.

3. Defines store level inventory strategies to support sales plan and manages daily inventory requirements for market business units as needed.

4. Leads analysis of inventory performance. Perform forecast systems user maintenance and refines model parameters. Creates and manages statistical forecast.

5. Measures variances between forecast and actual demand, analyzes cause and effect, recommends corrective action, and publishes results, influences product strategy based on analysis.

6. Draw conclusions from product performance analysis and trends to prepare recommendations that support business unit tactical and strategic goals.

7. Ensures generation of all product planning tracking reports for use in business planning.

8. Modifies format and tracking needs based on business unit feedback.

9. Identifies key metrics to track frequency of reporting and provides interpretation of data and trends to support business unit decision making.

10. Develops conclusions from data and makes recommendations to be used in the product planning process.

11. Supports the implementation of new computer software systems, business processes and any enhancements to current computer software systems.



Requirements”

1. BA/BSc required. Preferably on Logistics, Business or Finance

2. Study overseas experience preferred

3. Excellent oral and written English

4. Relevant working experience
