集团简介　　奥地利技术及系统技术公司（简称AT&S）成立于1987年，是现今欧洲与印度最大的印刷电路板生产商，在高密度微通互联印刷电路板领域（HDI），AT&S已经跻身世界顶尖行列，我们的目标是成为全球最佳的印刷电路板制造商，而所谓最佳主要体现在客户的成功。在通讯/电子便携产品、汽车、工业以及医学等诸多产业中，AT&S始终将自己视为客户强有力的合作伙伴，为其提供专业的技术支持。　　目前，集团在奥地利、印度、中国和韩国拥有5000多名员工。2005/06财年集团销售收入为3.75亿欧元。2003年1月，AT&S的股票跻身德国法兰克福证券交易所的主板市场，自2003年3月以来，集团股票一直保持着TecDAX欧洲技术精英股的骄人业绩。AT&S在中国 　　2001年5月，奥特斯上海一期工厂正式破土动工，25, 500平方米的面积、1.45亿欧元的资本投入，是迄今为止奥地利在华的最大投资项目，该项目受到了中奥两国领导人的高度重视。2002年底，上海一期工厂于正式建成投产，投产仅6个月后便实现了盈利。　　2005年5月，奥特斯迈出了亚洲扩张战略的第二步：建造上海二期工厂。上海二厂追加投资共2亿美元，总占地面积达到75, 000平方米。2006年8月，上海二厂如期投产，预计上海二厂将于2007年底全面运行，届时其产能将达到一期工厂的同等规模，另外上海三厂也将根据市场需求而适时启动。　　目前，奥特斯（中国）有限公司的员工总数已超过2000人，主要产品为HDI手机用高密度互连印刷电路板，累计3亿欧元的投资额占到奥地利在华总投资的近50%。此外，为了配合集团在亚洲的战略，一个全新的R&D中国研发中心也已于2006年7月组建完成。Company Profile　　AT&S Austria Technologie und Systemtechnik AG, which was founded in 1987, is now the largest manufacturer of printed circuit boards in Europe and India. In the high technology industry of HDI microvia, AT&S is one of the top suppliers in the world and is continuing to expand its position with the aim of becoming one of the most successful printed circuit board manufacturers in the world. The fulfillment of this aim is expressed in the success of our customers. AT&S sees itself as a competent technological partner for solutions in the area of telecom/handheld industry, automobile industry and in the area of industrial and medical technology. 　　The AT&S group employs more than 5,000 people worldwide and achieved EUR 375m sales in 2005/06. In 2006/07 sales should come in near EUR 500m. Since January 2003, AT&S has been listed on the Prime Standard on the German stock exchange in Frankfurt and, since March 2003, the share has been traded on the new technology share index, TecDax.AT&S in China 　　The groundbreaking of AT&S (China) Shanghai plant I in May 2001 was a memorable moment. The project, with 25,000 square meters plant and 145 million EUR investment, has become the largest Austrian investment project in China and been highly valued by the leader of both countries. Shanghai Plant I has started its production by the end of 2002 and won profits just 6 months later.　　In 2005, AT&S made the second step in the group’s Asia extension strategy and built Shanghai plant II. The groundbreaking of the new factory with an extension of 75,000 square meters took place in May 2005. In August 2006, the production started exactly on schedule. The first part of Shanghai plant II will fully ramped up in 2007, and the plant Ⅲ will be ramped up according to market demands.　　At present, AT&S (China) has more than 2000 employees and mainly focuses on the production of HDI printed circuit boards. The total investment of 300 million EUR in AT&S (China) accounts for almost half of all Austrian investment in China. Additionally, following the group’s strategy in Asia, a new R&D center has been set up in July 2006 as well.
