1、严格按照食品卫生的要求对冷冻箱进行清洗；
2、检查箱内是否有异味；
3、清洗箱内的胶布及残留物质；
4、选择最佳清洗方法，尽量降低清洁剂对环境所产生的危害；
5、清洗后的集装箱应打开箱门通风晒干；
6、工作完毕后应立即清理周边环境的脏污物，并保持下水道的畅通；
7、保证洗箱区的周边环境清洁。职位要求：身体健康
