This is a growing business among the telecom, storage, security and other potential server related industry and market. Our business is expanding very rapidly, we are looking for a passion, professional and willing take challenge people to join this business and solution development.Role:
1.As Microsoft Solution Bsuiness Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating the new opportunties of industry server solution.
2.Managing the technical and sales resource to ensure the the new Desing IN/WIN which will have good return of business investment.
3.Team work with OEM account manager,System Engineer and corss Microsoft U.S server product gropus to deliver the right solution and microsoft technology to OEM customers.Responsibilities:Generate the Business & Sales Opportunities:
1.Study target OEM customer’s business model and industry value chain analsys.
2.Understand the customer’s needs to indentify the business opportunity.
3.Design the exeuction plan to relalize the saless opportunities.Create the New Solutions for target business opportunities:
1.Understand Microsoft and Industry related tnolgoy to create the new solution for target new business opportunites.
2.Design the solution proposal or plan to present and communicate with target OEM customers and internal corss departments.
3.Provide the solution advice or training target OEMs customer, partners and Microsoft internal people.Resource Management to target Design IN/WIN projects
1.Bsuiness resource management : Estimatet the revenue opportunites with MS server OEM license policy.Plan the marketing resource to support OEM solution sales.
2.Technical resource management :Plan the internal technial resource like MCS, Premier and TAMs to support Target soltuions project.Communicate with Microsoft U.S Product group for resource invesment and support and other corss department technical resource.
3.Manage the project execution to ensure the solution quality and customer satisfaction.
4.Recurite and build up external solution partners to join delvelop solution Collabotation with Microsoft local and U.S team:
1.Good collaboration with OEM Account managers and Technical team.
2.Good collaboration with cross sales department.
3.Be a good interface to provide the commnets and advce to Microsoft U.S ProductEducation and Qualifications:Good written and verbal skills in English and or the local language where they will be stationed.Personality : Passionate,Creative and Willing to take new tough challenge.Microsoft Technical Certification is desirable.Working Experience in Telecom or related industry.A BA/BS degree or An MBA or equivalent degree is desirable.Ability to travel.Experience Level:Candidate must also possess a successful track record to deliver the new business and sales result based on the new solution design.Strong Microsoft technical backgroud , especially on server related productProject Management & Consultant Expereince for server related solutionThis person should also have experience working closely with an account manager, a pre
-sales engineering or technical team to help ensure the “solution sale”Telecom indsutry know
-how and experience is desireable.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
1.Sales and solution project negotiation training and background.
2.Farmility with Windows Server System knowledge including: hardware, network standards, server operating systems .
3.Technical knowledge including: PC Server software, processors, storage (NAS & SAN), network infrastructure, telecommunications, and security.
4.Oral and written communication skills, including presentation experience are required.
5.Good English language skills is required
6.Demonstrate a working knowledge of the critical success factors an OEM faces in creating the bueinss opporutnities with solutions design approach.
7.Good presentation and communication skills.
8.Business and resource Plan design skills.
