Job Responsibilities: To co
-ordinate plant wide safeties trainings, drills and perform emergency response when emergency situation arise. Investigate all accident/incidents, and co
-ordinate all safety related issue with eng/FAC…etc departments.
1. To record incident and follow up inter
-departments’ investigations.
2. To perform site audits, such as contractors working environments and demeanors, and Fab areas ES
H.
3. To understand the emergency response teams response procedures and to participate in the response training.
4. To assist and supervise emergency response training of engineering departments, quarterly and annually.
5. To perform incident commander training.
6. To perform new comers fire fighting trainings.
7. Planning of each departments quarterly drills, surprise drills.
8. promote the fire, odor and safety related issued to MFGs.
9. To maintain the emergency response OI and procedures.
10. Report recorded accidents to all Fabs safety committee meeting.1
1. To host all kinds of external audits, such as insurance company, ISO or OHSAS audits.1
2. Signoff the gas alarm system isolation permits.1
3. External contractor audits.1
4. Participate in accident recovery.1
5. Create emergency response engineering specs. Such as fire alarm system, gas alarm system, CCTV, SCBA, Compressor…etc.Job Requirements:
1. College and above in mechanical/chemical/electrical/environmental/ electronic/ safety or fire protection engineering.
2. Industry safety or environmental protection. Fire system operation license is a plus.
3. Computer skills/software.
4. Capable of responding quickly(mentally and physically)
