Job Responsibilities: To be responsible for yield improvement, weekly yield report and technical service
1.To do Yield Model & Defect Density forecast
2.To run Design Rule Check
3.To monitor Statistical Bin control & limit
4.To do Yield analysis
5.To analysis Low Yield EFA/PFA
6.To do Weekly Yield Report in Yield meeting
7.To help customer for technical issueJob Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree in related subject: Electronics, Microelectronics, Physical, Chemical, Material, etc.
2.Good Electrical Failure Analysis and Physical Failure Analysis concept
3.Good testing flow concept
4.Good process flow concept
5.Good device concept
6.Good written and verbal skills in both Mandarin and English
7.Good teamwork sense and management skill
