现北京新建工厂招聘以下职位：

Electrical/Control Engineer
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Provide project leadership for major facility processes-including feasibility studies, planning, AR sponsorship, total and complete documentation, i.e., generally accepted project management guidelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies of various plant processes, utilizing statistical methods.
- Design/modify and recommend equipment types to meet or exceed customer requirements, for whatever process.
- Coordinate plant activities of major installations for accomplishment of plants objectives.
- Lead developments that can improve selections, or enhance the current process capabilities.

Knowledge/Skill/Ability
- Familiar with the practice of equipment develop, design, select, purchase, start-up and debug knowledge
- Familiar with Auto-Cad and automation skill
- Familiar with C-Language, PLC programming and instrumentation selection skill
- Well understand the practice of project management skill
- To have logical thinking way and KT problem solving analysis skill
- To understand the equipment parts management and maintenance coaching skill
- Can work independently by him/herself with special assign project and also work well within team group
- Good communication and follow up ability
- Fix problem with timing and cost saving driven
- With strong continuous improvement work characteristic

Education
- BS above (include) degree and major in E.E or engineering field

Experience
- 2 year above working in relative job


Process Engineer
Job Description
- Establish goals and objectives in conjunction with Group Leader and manage engineering activities in process engineering to achieve the said objectives.
- Provide project leadership for facility processes initiation and improvement - including feasibility studies, planning, and AR sponsorship, complete documentation, i.e., generally accepted project management guidelines.
- Plan, execute and document experimental design program.
- Review and analyze performance, product data, process data, respond to the result.
- Support operations personnel via problem analysis, data analysis, OCAP, and provide training as needed.
- Support quality, product engineering, and customer engineering via resolving customer complaints, defining process capabilities and other activities as needed.
- Support Equipment Engineering in defining and analyzing equipment performance, capability, and requirements.
- Increase plant awareness of process control efforts and methodology.
- To be a coordinator for new technology and new facility in plant. i.e. Haky EEP or new products trial run.

Skills
- Familiar with the practice of process research/develop, data analysis and problem solving knowledge
- Familiar with SPC and DOE tolls
- To have logical thinking way and KT problem solving analysis skill
- Well control and maintain process SOS
- To have basic understand of project management skill
- Familiar with quality 7 control tolls skills
- Can work independently by him/herself with special assign project and also work well within team group
- Good communication and follow up ability
- Fix problem with timing and cost saving driven
- With strong continuous improvement work characteristic

Education
- BS above (include) degree and major in engineering.

Experience
- 2 years above in relative job experience (year of experience will be used to set the grade hired)


Clean Room Equipment Engineer
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Establish goals and objectives in conjunction with Group Leader and manage the engineering activities in equipment design to achieve the said objectives.
- Support operations personnel via trouble shooting and provide training as needed.
- Provide project leadership for facility processes - including feasibility studies, planning, AR sponsorship, complete documentation, i.e., generally accepted project management guidelines.
- Design, modify, and recommend equipment types to meet or exceed requirements in operation.
- Lead developments and propose engineering programs in equipment design that can improve or enhance the current process capabilities.
- Major areas are in (but not restrict to) finishing clean room area, inner packing (link to second packing) and related facilities

Knowledge/Skill/Ability
- Familiar with BOM (basic of manufacturing), KT problem solving, and statistic data analysis.
- Familiar with equipment design, selection, purchase, start-up, and debug
- Good trouble shooting skill
- Good in AutoCAD or other engineering drawing program
- Good presentation and reporting skill
- Good discipline (PDPC & 5S)
- Good parts management and maintenance coaching skill
- Have a strong ownership of achieving plant goal
- Fix problem with timing, cost saving, data-driven, and detail oriented.
- Can work independently by him/herself and also work well within team group
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up ability
- Creative and with strong continuous improvement work characteristic

Education
- BS above (include) degree and major in engineering (prefer Mechanical engineering)

Experience
- 2 years above in relative job experience (year of experience will be used to set the grade hired)


Cut Room Equipment Engineer
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Establish goals and objectives in conjunction with Group Leader and manage the engineering activities in equipment design to achieve the said objectives.
- Support operations personnel via trouble shooting and provide training as needed.
- Provide project leadership for facility processes - including feasibility studies, planning, AR sponsorship, complete documentation, i.e., generally accepted project management guidelines.
