1、男、女不限，40岁以上。
2、有国家林业部或大兴安岭林业管理系统工作经历。
3、同时熟悉国土资源部、水利部关于矿产资源勘探活动行政审批相关事宜。
4、出色的人际交往和社会活动能力，工作细心负责，具有敬业精神。
