JobDescription
*Work in Nokia Business Infrastructure as Application Support (AS), supporting Nokias MES applications and local tools.
*Take on
-call duty in non
-office hours to solve critical requests about mission critical information applications.
*Provide functional application knowledge.
*Monitor and solve assigned requests. If resolution is not possible, assign the request further to the proper support group
*Contribute to delivering advanced training programs on applications, processes and tools to key users
*Facilitate communication between Key Users and application creation
*Participate in root cause elimination by providing Problem Management with detailed and complete request and solution descriptions
*Communication of functionality changes & training materials to Key Users, Service Desk and On
-Site Support
*Assistance in coordinating upgrade services and back
-office maintenance tasks
*Coordination of local activities (training, processes, etc.) prompted by new releasesQualificationsBachelor Degree or higher.Good IT skills, unix/oracle/tuxedo/weblogic knowledge will be plus .Factory IT experience is prefer.Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarine).Excellent learning agility.
