JobDescriptionShares info on mutual matters e.g. Nokia policies, practices & announcements and takes care of guidances Arranges internal and external events (e.g. academy, research collaborating, program, department) Cooperates with China Management Team for company level meeting arrangement (Check and update calendar, important meeting reminding) Administrates communication in a team/department: team rooms (ordering, categories, content, updating, access rights, filing) and other team/department related communication e.g. intranet pages Arranges induction for new employees including a support to manager in giving induction for new team employee. Coordinate/takes care of: travel and meeting arrangements checking/posting invoices office & tools related support (movements, access cards, badges, extra office supplies, mobile phones, Secure ID cards, and miscellaneous support) Updates organization charts and NRC BJ intranet webpage May have specific project assistance tasks (to be agreed separately)QualificationsGood communication, collaboration, customer service, and team working skills.
