-Asia PacificFOCUS:Import / Export and Inventory ControlREPORTS TO:Warehouse ManagerLOCATION:Waigaoqiao, ShanghaiPrepare necessary import/export documents to ensure all goods are received and shipped on time.Compare inventory data between customs system and Movex timely.Maintain and operate customs system.Assist warehouse manager to manage warehouse and workshop to achieve KPI and other department objectives.Be responsible for stock control and accuracy of reporting.Ensure all documents are well organized.Accomplish other tasks allocated by warehouse and workshop manager.Skills, education and experience requirementsPrevious experience of import and export is necessary.Good, written English is required.Experience of an ERP system is preferred.Easy
-going, integrity and honesty are necessary.Working time is from 8:30Am to 17:00Pm including half an hour lunch time (12:00Pm to 12:30Pm).
