4.Contract period: immediate to September 30th.Duties and Responsibilities
-Ensure that minimum downtime is encountered by the users due to hardware or software faults
-Ensure all software complies with the software copyright laws
-Provide efficient and quality customer service in resolving all problems
-Ensure all systems and data are protected against disasters, software viruses or unauthorized intrusion
-Manage all hardware and software resources in the company efficiently and systematically
-Identify opportunity areas for further development within the business unit that can be implemented
-Prepare comprehensive evaluation study of any new technology or third party products and technology (software and hardware) that can be implemented into the business
