Job Descriptions:
1. Support country sales initiative and global process alignment.
2. Work with BU sales manage, finance, SOP during project execution or search for resolution.
3. Support SIEBEL adoption of sales team, monitoring data quality and operational efficiency.
4. Provide non-technical (Level 0) Siebel and sales process support to sales force.
5. Deliver the training and support adoption of Siebel across the country Business Groups Sales team.
6. Generate pipeline report and manage pipeline quality.
Qualifications
Your Profile
1. Bachelor degree in compute ring, business or engineering.
2. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Minimum 1 year in IT field)
3. Prior experience in sales support.
4. Fluent in English (written & verbal)
5. Good presentation and use of spreadsheet & power point.
6. CRM system implementation experience is preferred and Skillful in SQL.
7. Ability to take on technical knowledge and apply
8. Analytical thinking and delivery result within timeline
9. Sound communication skills and team work
