This position is responsible for managing the initiatives of the Asia Work tools Product group on market development and product regionalization in 6 sigma methodology. The Blace Belt will work with all functional team members to ensure that specific project deliverables or outputs flow into the 6 sigma way and NPI process with appropriate quality.
The incumbent leadership is key to success of work tools across the Asia market. He/She will work with a variety of contacts in organizations around the world to deliver results: Global Work Tools groups in Europe and North America for support, Asia Pacific marketing for market input, Asia Pacific operations for manufacturing, AP Global Purchasing, and emerging market prime product groups. Proper NPI process and implementing the market and business needs for each work tool introduction are key requirements.
ELIGIBILITY:
Willingness to be part of a fast paced and growing team
High degree of leadership, team work, planning, communication and interpersonal skill to engage multi-functional teams throughout the enterprise
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechnical, Manufacturing, Marketing or Business
Excellent communication in English
Strong initiative, self direction and business knowledge
Experience in 6 sigma discipline and committed to 6 Sigma processes
