1. WW focal point to monitor and review mfg. and field KPI for Desktop and Notebook products
- Tier 1 = DOA+30
- Tier 2 = FPY, OOB, 2nd Stage
2. Identify key process, workmanship and commodity detractor issues from KPI
3. Drive root cause and corrective action with mfg. sites, Dev., Proc. Eng. and suppliers that yields continuous improvements in-house and for the customer.
4. Drive Cross-functional KPI Improvement projects
5. Interlock with WW QE to support Lessons Learned actions for new product qualification requirements
