Job Responsibility:
-Support APAC Customer Technology (CT) and Solution Center (SC) customers in IT helpdesk function
-Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
-Accountable for providing a high level of technical response to the customers of our clients
-Keep up with latest products being supported
Job Requirements:
-Becholor degree or above, specialized in IT
-Fluent in English as native speaking level
-Good understanding of Australia, New Zealand or Singapore culture is preferred
-Technical knowledge of various Operation System
-Knowledge of basic PC and printer troubleshooting in LAN environment
-familiar with Networking and Internet Browsers (Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator)
-Flexible to work in shift (Sometimes overnight shift is required)
