Marcom Specialist (Contractor or Intern)

Responsibilities:
 Supporting the Marcom Program managers to organize and execute the marcom campaigns – trade show, seminars and other events.
 Serve as the liaison between the internal marcom team and external vendors.
 Coordinating all aspects of event logistics/operations to ensure that programs are smoothly executed.
 Arranging for the effective distribution of marcom promotion items.

 Monitoring competitor activities.
 Contributing to long-term marcom program plans and strategies.
 Assist with check and process invoices.

Requirements:
 University graduate in Marcom or related disciplines.  Native English speaker will be preferred.
 At least 3 years working experience in an event management/logistics role.
 Detail-oriented, self-motivated & responsible.
 Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills
 Good analytical and problem solving skills
 Be customer oriented, team player and fast learner
 Ability to manage multi-task and to work in a dynamic and changing environment, either independently or in a team
 Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
 Experience in multinational companies would be an added advantage
 Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Excel*

HR (Human Resources) Intern
Job Description:
- Support HR Specialist on paperwork, including but not limited to new hire pr
eparation,  interview set-up, communication with FESCO and HR documentation &
filing
- Assist in organizing the company activities, e.g. team building, sports acti
vities, etc.
- Assist in payment process and other administrative works
Skill Requirements:
- University students from relevant discipline
- Available to work 3-4 days per week in ADI Shanghai Office over 6 months;

- Good teamwork and independency
- Good English proficiency
- Detail oriented
