1.Check the documents from shipper and prepare full set of the documents for customs clearance.
2.To prepare all HAWB and consolidation files and ensure correct and complete preparation of files.
3.To check with shipper on the approval of the HAW

4.To maintain files in accordance with the Company policy, including keeping and disposal.
5.To send pre
-alerts to destination offices and shipment advice to customers according to the established procedures.
6.To answer general telephone inquiries.
7.Answer the request from overseas office, send all the correct documents copies as per request.
8.To take up additional tasks as required to meet the Department’s needs.
