-Receiving customers and guests with good image on behalf of company
-maintaining smooth routine office adm work
-switch board
-responsible for travel arrangement, such as air ticket adn hotel booking
-responsible for office misc. purchasing, such as stationery，dringing water, name card ,meals and etc.and try to save purchasing cost by all means
-distributing all messages,such as fax, letters, to the persons concerned, to make sure that the urgent information should be handled immediately
-arrange all delivery of letters, express mails, parcels and allocate expenses to every cost center
-receiving phone calls and guests with active attitude and try to help solve any problems
-keeping master files in good order,keeping the office in tidy conditions
-responsible for copying machine maintenance(contact with service company)
-responsible for Canteen management,i.e cost control, food hygiene and so on
-assisting ADM manager with some issues if necessary
-responsible for ISO internal audit and other ISO issues.
