Job Title : IT AnalystReport to : IT SupervisorLocation: ShenZhenKey Responsibilities:
1. With the guidance from IT Manager/Supervisor, provide technical assistance to solve any IT problem for associates.
2. General supports for any IT project in Asia.
3. Keep any hardware or communication problems log.
4. Create Monthly problem log statistics report.
5. Keep all hardware equipment records on IT inventory listKey Requirements:
1. University graduate majored in Information Services Management, Computer Science or other related fields.
2. Basic computer skills including exposure to Office tools is mandatory.
3. Problem solving and customer service skill is must.
4. Some knowledge of technologies used in PC networking environment.
5. Some knowledge of cabling structures and LAN/WAN environment.
6. Good English in written and oral is plus.
