1) Order Processing
-Intercom order and Coordinating order process in SAP system.
-Sample seeds & Stock seeds order process by out system
-Export order for China production and Commercial seeds
2) Communication
-Contact import agency for intercom orders
-Contact forwarders for Export orders
-Contact Government for Import/Export order process
-Contact customers for order information
-Contact each department for business cooperation
3) Documentation
-Purchase Contract generate
-Invoice, Packing List generate
-Phytosanitary Certificate application
-Certificate of Origin application
-All kinds of shipment documents checking
4) Information/Data collecting and analysis
-Sales records
-Import & Export order records
-Documentation backup
-Information collect and backup
-Import plan
-Customer complaint receiving and contacting
-Tracking and reminding customers’ payment
5)Support
-Assist Supervisor for relative issues.Key Functional Skills
-Good English communication skill
-Computer proficiency (Essential)
-master Data Analytical skills
