1．硕士及以上学历，金融、教育、经济、营销、管理学为佳；
2．懂教学管理且从事过企业管理，良好的组织协调能力；
3．具有西方相关行业背景，从事过学校高端管理工作；
4．善于将中西方文化结合者；
5．社会资源丰富，具有一定的政府关系及政治背景、社会地位高、人品好、素质佳、身体健康；
6．具备国际化水平，在学术及专业上有领导地位者；
7．能够熟练地运用英语口语交流及英文文档处理；
8．年龄在50岁左右。

蒙代尔国际企业家大学（Mundell International University of Entrepreneurship 简称 MIUE）是在改革中诞生的新型大学，是在中央、北京市领导和国内外顶级专家学者共同支持下，由企业家联合举办的企业家大学，致力于培养现代企业家。 蒙代尔先生亲笔授权以他的名字命名这所国际企业家大学。 蒙代尔国际企业家大学由全国人大常委会副委员长许嘉璐和诺贝尔经济学奖获得者、“欧元之父”——罗伯特·蒙代尔先生担任名誉校长。北京民营科技实业家协会副会长、海淀区政协委员吴姝女士任董事长；联想集团常务副总裁李勤担任校董事和学术委员会主任；张其新博士任副校长；李注流教授任副校长。 蒙代尔国际企业家大学是中国第一所以培养企业家为专一目标的国际企业家大学。 蒙代尔国际企业家大学聚集了七位诺贝尔经济学奖得主、五位国际经济学大师，以及像柳传志、段永基等上百位成功企业家担任客座教授。蒙代尔国际企业家大学的奋斗目标是：建成一个创新型、实战型、国际型、素质型、专业型的现代新型企业家大学，成为企业家的“摇篮”和“巨型平台”，使中国企业领军人物从这里走向世界。 学校总部位于海淀区中关村西区，毗邻北京大学、清华大学、人民大学、及北四环路，交通便利。学校设有培训教室、多媒体教室、案例讨论室、多媒体报告厅、多功能会议厅、图书阅览室、企业家交流中心、校园网络中心等，可以保证开展高质量的培训和会议等教学活动。Mundell International University of Entrepreneurship Mundell International University of Entrepreneurship (MIUE) is a new type university, emerging from Chinese educational reform, specializing in nurturing entrepreneurs and managers. Ms. Wu Shu, member of Democracy Promotion Association and Vice Chairperson of Beijing Non-Governmental Science and Technology Entrepreneurs Association, serves the Chairperson, Mr. Li Qin, the Standing Vice President of Lenovo Group, as the Director of Academic Committee, Mr. Zhang Qixin, the Executive President, and Professor Li Zhuliu, the Vice President.Mundell International University of entrepreneurship is the first international university for entrepreneurs in China specializing in nurturing entrepreneurs and managers.MIUE accumulated seven Nobel laureates in Economics, five distinguished international experts in Economics, and near one hundred successful entrepreneurs served as visiting professors, like Liu Chuanzhi and Duan Yongji.
