招聘职位如下：

Analog IC Frontend Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Design and simulation of the DSL AFE and line driver (Schematic design and circuit simulation).
2. Work with the test engineer to debug and test the products； also give technical support to the application engineers.

Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
2. Familiar with semiconductor device and circuit(CMOS), also the analog blocks, such as voltage reference, opamp, comparator, filters, etc.
3. Familiar with the design flow of analog IC, also the EDA tools(Design Composer, HSPICE etc.) 4. Excellent communications skills and excellent team player.
5. Fluent English in writing and verbal.

Analog IC Backend Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Backend design for DSL AFE and line driver products. This includes floorplan, layout editing, physical verification(DRC/LVS) and parasitic extraction, etc.
2. Work with the test engineer to debug and test the products.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
2. Familiar with semiconductor device and circuit(CMOS), also the analog blocks, such as voltage reference, opamp, comparator, filters, etc.
3. Familiar with the design flow of analog IC, also the EDA tools(Design Composer, Virtuoso, Calibre) 4. Excellent communications skills and excellent team player.
5. Fluent English in writing and verbal.

Hardware Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Analysis of customer requirements (ADSL and VDSL modems).
2. Creation and/or execution of the detailed product hardware definition.
3. Feasibility study on complex technical blocks, managing execution of the designs (e.g.: schematic capture, lay-out, hardware testing, regulatory).
4. Hardware debug support for the driver- and firmware- engineers in system development.

Qualifications:
1. Good communication skills
2. Bachelor’s degree (or similar by experience) in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
3. 2 years experience in hardware design and development with preferably in telecommunication products.
4. Strong experience and good understanding of telecommunication systems.
5. Familiarity with WLAN .11a/b/g, Ethernet 10/100/1G, VOIP, USB1.1/2.0 designs and standards


Digital IC Backend Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Implementation of complex digital circuits for DSL product line. This includes logic synthesis, DFT, STA, chip level floorplanning, Placing&Routing, Parasitic extraction and physical verification, etc.
2. Work with frontend designer to tune the performance of the design, and support test engineer to create and implement the test strategy.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
2. Familiar with the design flow of complex high-speed digital IC； Proven silicon success is perferable.
3. Familiar with the EDA tools for backend design(Synopsys and Magma).
4. Excellent communications skills and excellent team player.
5. Fluent English in writing and verbal.

Embedded Application Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Applications development based on embedded Linux, such as Web service, network management, Triple play, etc.
2. Implement gateway functions, securities, etc.

Qualifications:
1. BS with 3+ years or MS with 1+ year software/firmware development experience 2. Must have an extensive knowledge of HTTP, Soap, SSL/TLS, RPC, Web, TCP/IP, SNMP, and routing/bridging network protocols.
3. Good knowledge of Linux and TCP/IP sockets. Higher layer application/gateway function programming skills and experience based on embedded Linux.
4. VoIP, VPN, Cookie, Java, and DSP development experience is a plus 5. Basic requirements:
C and C++ programming experience.
Excellent communications skills and excellent team player.
Fluent English in writing and verbal.
Capable of analyzing issues, curious about details, self-motivated and not afraid to take initiatives.
Willing to travel.

Communication Algorithm Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. ADSL ODFM/DMT algorithm study, including G.992.1, G.992.2, G.992.3, G.992.4, G.992.5, G.994.1, G.997.1, TR048, TR067 and local market standards 2. ADSL firmware code compose, optimize, test and maintain 3. Function and performance verification offline and online 4. Interoperability and communication with various COs and ISPs

Qualifications:
1. MSEE with 3+ years development experience 2. Must have an extensive knowledge of communication algorithm and system design/verification.
3. Working experience in developing digital communication system 4. Master matlab tool 5. Good knowledge of ADSL or WLAN protocols is desirable 6. Basic requirements:
C and C++ programming experience.
Excellent communications skills and excellent team player.
Fluent English in writing and verbal.
Capable of analyzing issues, curious about details, self-motivated and not afraid to take initiatives.
