ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist Project Managers in all aspects of the execution of Olympic Enterprise ProjectsPlanning: Work with PM to develop schedule and resource requirements, and facilitate order entry within ERP system.Execution: Establish administration routines, managing project internal / external scope changes, work with project team to support tracking cost and schedule variances.Closeout: Assist the Project Manager to capture project performance and lessons learned with both project team and the customer, insuring historical performance information being documented and benchmarked cross the business.
* Enter and maintain critical job information in Olympic PM toolset.
* Assist PMs (Project Managers) in creating and maintaining project schedules.
* Coordinate shipments and documentation for projects.
* Issue invoice instructions (progress payments, shipments, recognize revenue).
* Prepare documents for LOC (Letter of Credit).
* Assist with requests to compile and share information with Customers, Finance, Biller, Auditors, ITO Team (Inquiry to Order), etc.
* Develop tools to assist the Project Management Team.
* Manage all Indirect orders directly with individual product businesses.
* Communicate with customers and provide back up assistance for PMsQUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
* Demonstrate ability to multitask and accept direction from multiple people, working across different time zones.
* Basic understanding of project management methodology.
* Understanding of financial and accounting practices related to project financials invoicing.
* Exhibit good time management skills and ability to perform to deadlines.
* Demonstrate ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a fast paced environment.
* Work to ensure projects are completed on time and that stated objectives are met.DESIRED:
