- Standardize accounts payable processes & procedures, to minimize AP/NAP over dues. Standardize working instruction for accounts payable to meet both accounting and business requirement.
- Reconciliation for GL, sub ledger and supplier statement.
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecast based on AP&NAP.
- Coordinate with Purchasing/Material Handling/NAP staffs to follow up open PO status. Coordinate with team member to arrange payment.
- Monthly GR/IR closing. Prepare A/P report in monthly closing A/P portion.
- Coordinate with AP/NAP to manage input VAT related issue.
- Maintain& Manage Fixed asset in accounting booking, and physical management.
- Coordinate with MH department to manage Raw Material.
- Follow up company policies & procedures to prevent any waste or injury as well as protect environment.
- Other issues assigned by Manager.QUALIFICATION:
- College graduate or above with major in accounting or related.
- Familiar with China and foreign accounting rules & regulations
- Must be a good team worker. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English, good Excel skill, ERP experience highly preferable
