Intern for AdminGENERAL DESCRIPTION
1. Check and claim company mobile phone expense, apply new mobile phone number.
2. Purchase company stationary and other admin items, including furniture, etc.
3. Design and print name card for staff.
4. Arrange daily use and regular maintenance of company vehicles.
5. Take charge of repairing of office facilities.
6. Apply for reimbursement of Admin expense.
7. Make staff birthday card and distribute to department leaders.
8. Book hotel and tickets for staff, including air tickets and train tickets.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree, major in administration management.
2. Hard working, honest and team
-player have strong interpersonal skill.
3. Fluent English in spoken and written.
