Reservations/Ticketing Assistant, based in Shenzhen town officeResponsibilities:
·Handling of ticketing such as ticket issuance;
·Answering customer’s enquiries;
·Pre
-flight and post flight handling;
·Handling of customer feedback and complain cases
·Prepare relevant reports for sales and marketing
·Any other duties/functions as directed by SilkAir ManagerRequirements:
·University graduate;
·Good interpersonal and communication skills;
·Service
-minded and team player.
·Good command of oral and written English
·Mature, highly self
-motivated, customer
-orientated and disciplined
·Knowledge of sales and marketing experience will be an advantage.

As the regional wing of Singapore Airlines (新加坡航空公司), SilkAir (新加坡胜安航空公司) enhances Singapore Airlines’ vast worldwide network by focusing its development on exciting new Asian destinations and providing the required regional connections using Singapore as the ideal transit hub. SilkAir currently flies from Singapore to 27 destinations in Asia including Xiamen, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Kunming and Chongqing in Mainland China using the Airbus 320 family of aircraft.
