HP Financial Services (HPFS) is the financing arm of HP. HPFS ranks among the largest IT financial services organizations in the world. With over 1,500 colleagues, $8 billion in assets, and direct presence in more than 50 countries, HPFS provides customers with a broad range of financial products and services, with unmatched flexibility and global consistency.
Work with Sales, Customer Delivery Colleagues, and customers to ensure timely and accurate preparation of leasing documentation. Manage HP Financial Services collateral exposure by ensuring the accuracy/filing of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings, receipt of customer "Proof of Insurance," and the accuracy/completeness of lease asset level detail. Prepare vendor fundings in accordance with HPFS policies and initiate booking of deal in Lease Management System.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Collaborate with Financial Area Manager (Sales) in managing relations with the customer, HP and Resellers.
Enter customer and transaction information required for lease administration activities (contract generation, booking, funding) in systems.
Responsible for completion of asset level detail entry (entry may be outsourced).
Arrange to receive and proactively manage/reconcile supplier invoices (HP or external Suppliers).
Conduct initial and final compliance review pursuant to Schedule of Authorization.
Check customer and supplier against Sanctioned Parties List at time of funding and booking.
Support testing of new systems releases as requested.
Qualifications
MS Excel, understanding of the end-to-end lease process, knowledge of leasing/banking contracts, basic pricing and financial calculation skills, knowledge of HP products, experienced user of accounting systems and data, basic tax and accounting knowledge.

Ex: Lease Finance, Mortgage, Legal, Banking, Financial Services
