-Microbiology and analysis to contribute to the development of new products
-Devise new tests or adapt tests for new applications as needed
-Capable of leading microbiology based projects
-Organize and perform experimental procedures and other support activities
-Record data and keep accurate records of all work
-Responsible for the execution of project work in a timely manner
-Leads projects, as required
-Maintain a safe clean and sanitary work areaEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-Master Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or Food Science
-Knowledge of microbiology and microbiological testingLANGUAGES NEEDED: Fluent in Chinese, good English, other languages desirableOTHER SKILLS REQUIRED:
-Good knowledge of laboratory practices
-Excellent in standard and advance techniques for assessment of food microbiological safety and shelf life
-Good knowledge of HACCP and hygiene principles, zoning and GMP
-Organization and time planning
-Good communication skills
