Company Background:Our client is a UK construction machinery manufacturer.Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a TPM Plan for all the major Capital Equipment on site (Compressor, Paint booth etc)
- General Maintenance of the factory from basic cleanliness, décor to resolving any structural problems
- Work with others to set up new or transferred equipment;
- Confer with vendors to obtain repair material for machinery and equipment and obtain quotations;
- Review plant premises and investigate any abnormal condition in the facility;
- Establish planned maintenance schedules for production machinery to reduce down time and emergency situations;
- Establish priorities in the assignment of maintenance personnel in the critical manufacturing areas;
- Purchase, or direct procurement of plant maintenance supplies, small capital equipment, special tools, contract services, and building and grounds repairs;
- Direct preparation of the plant engineering budget, review of periodic accounting records and initiation of remedial action where necessaryQualification & Experience:
- Experience with maintenance programmers on previous factories
- Able to demonstrate basic engineering skills related to M & E, Civil and structural problems
- Developed a TPM plan for previous facilities
- Basic command of English
- With Colleges degree or above in engineering or equivalent;
- Hold preparatory experience in technical engineering.Report to: Operations Manager
