高级研发工程师（电力系统保护方向）
Job Responsibilities:
Execute research projects as project leader or as sub project leader in larger projects, and initiate new research direction in power system protection area, including protection principle, algorithm, modeling, simulation, and testing.
Requirements:
Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (power system protection and automation)
Experience on simulation tools, such as PSCAD/EMTDC, Matlab/Simulink
Excellent technical skills, familiar with protection or power system relative domains. Applicant with relative work experience would be preferred
Adequate overview of technology trends and high competence in specialist area
Advanced Problem solving capacity for business oriented research
Overview of patents and creates patents in his/her project or technology area
Executes feasibility studies to find new research direction
Fluent written and spoken English.
Good hardware and firmware knowledge
Project management skills/potential
High creativity expected
