RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and review customer or business unit orders for systems, components and spare parts and send out order confirmations
Review payment securities such as letters of credits
Follow up placement of purchase orders and deliveries from suppliers (together with Purchasing)
Register received goods from suppliers into inventory
Allocate material to customer orders
Prepare shipment documents
Prepare and send out invoices to customers and business units including documents required for Letter of Credits
Arrange for transport for shipment of systems, components and spare parts
Communicate with customers and business unit contact persons regarding orders and logistics questions
Maintain inventory plan for purchase of commercial and spare parts to meet the customer orders and communicate purchase requests to Purchasing
Register, classify and process return orders and follow up supplier returns and repairs.
All work to be carried out in accordance with Elekta BMEI Quality System

RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Documented industrial work experience in the order process, with focus on logistics in an advanced industrial and international environment with high demands on quality
Education corresponding to college level or combination of education and work experience to similar level
Experienced in applying ERP systems supporting the logistics processes (prefered)
Use to work with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
Good knowledge in English in speaking and writing.
High standard of interpersonal skills and effective communication
Team player, change oriented, flexible and adaptable
