Principle duties & responsibilities工作综述:
为公司现有的办公室环境提供有效的技术支持及维护工作。为确保公司办公室电脑系统的正常应用,技术支持工程师需要为不同部门提供相应的在WINDOWS环境下电脑硬件设备(含台式机及笔记本),办公室常用软件(例如微软OFFICE系列)以及办公室局域网方面的支持工作。
This position will provide office environment technical support to the organization. The IT Support Engineer will provide technical support to various department, including computer hardware and software in windows environment.
Main responsibilities主要职责:
管理和维护计算机系统及相关设备
安装配置并维护计算机软硬件
检测系统性能和资源
处理硬件和应用系统故障
评估新技术并为购买新设备做方案
1. Administer and support computer systems and associated equipment.
2. Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software
3. Monitor system performance and resources
4. Troubleshoot hardware and applications issues
5. Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for new server and hardware purchases
Basic requirements基本要求(经验,技能 & 能力):
计算机或相关专业本科毕业
具备对计算机硬件系统的基本了解及兴趣
具备对Windows操作系统的基本了解及使用经验(Windows 2000/XP系列为主)
具备对Office软件基本了解及使用经验(Office 2000/XP系列为主)
具备对局域网的基本了解及使用经验者优先
具有良好的动手能力
工作积极上进,具有良好的服务意识
良好的分析和解决问题的能力,能独立完成各种工作
基本的英语听说读写能力
1. Must have a college degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or similar fields;
2. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, and interested in new technology
3. Basic knowledge and experience of Microsoft Windows operating system (Mainly Windows 2000/XP)
4. Basic knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office suit (Mainly Office 2000/XP)
5. Basic knowledge and experience of LAN network is a plus
6. Strong hands on experience
7. Solid work ethics and willingness to put in extra time/effort, service oriented
8. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently on multiple tasks;
9. Good communication skills in English are a big plus.
