Responsibilities:
-Be the daily contact window for the key accounts, respond to the customer’s enquiry, feedback, compliant in a timely manner; maintain and keep good relationship with customers and develop more business from existing customers;
-Analyze each customer’s business growth point and report to superior about any changes from customers;
-Give suggestions for service and productivity improvement to superior and operation;
-Communicate and provide supports with overseas account handler in developing business;
Requirements:
-University graduate;
-a minimum of 2-year full-time appropriate practical workplace experience;
-Effective interpersonal, communications, problem solving and telephone handling skills;
-Proactive, persuasive and customer focus;
-Analytical mind;
-Knowledge of computer application in common PC software;
-Good command of spoken and written English;
-Experience in account management and related working experience in French company are preferable;
-Good command of French is definitely advantage.
