Job Description:
1. Reports to the RAC Manager
2. Gives support to the RAC manager in the preparation of the Risk assessment files
3. Interaction with dept involved in the RAC process to ensure of a correct progress
4. Help collecting /checking/submitting RAC documents, and distribution of minutes of meetings etc..
5. Organize the RAC filing
6. Provide logistic and organization support: (organization of meetings, administrative and IT support etc..)
Requirements:
1.Education background:BA or equivalent
2.Major in: Accounting/Finance/Trading/English/Administration
3.Working experience:1-2y min
4.Computer skill:adept at Microsoft Office
5.Language ability:fluent in both oral and written English
6.Other requirements:Initiative and autonomy, Good communication skill, team work oriented, finance backgroud is a plus
