Description

You will work in cross-functional teams as well as counterparts from the Product Generation groups to engage in the transfer, implementation and management of new state-of-the-art products into manufacturing, controlling their quality, cost, time to market and subsequent changes and development.

Your main responsibilities included but not limited to:
1. To support NPI Test & Calibration engineer in working with R&D and ODM/Supplier to develop and implement manufacturing tests and calibrations to ensure high level of product quality;
2. To provide technical leadership and solutions to resolve Test & Calibration issues from production and field failures;
3. To provide leadership in product and process improvement with the ODM/Supplier.

In the course of your work, you will be exposed to both the technical and business aspect of the projects that you are engaged in.


Qualifications
Your Qualification

- Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Knowledge in digital imaging technology preferably related to Digital Still Camera
- Experience on software programming and GR&R
- Analytical problem solving skills
- Strong project management skill and total quality management experience
- Good team working and communication skills
- Able to travel extensively to provide on-site support at Suppliers/ODMs
- Fluency in English and local language
- Good team working and communication skills
- Self driven, motivated and results orientated
- Experience in working/managing OME partners
