- Provide day-to-day assistance to all IS staffs on data entry, data collection/survey, training material draft, web page maintenance, software testing, PC installation, trouble-shooting, IS/IT asset checking and documentation.
- Help IS department to ensure that all users expectations are met or exceeded; problems are followed-up in a timely and effective manner.
资历
- Can work at least 4 days/week and 6 months above
- Junior of University or College, preferably majoring in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven intern responsible experience in ensuring end-user satisfaction with technology systems is desirable.
- Skilled with Microsoft products such as Windows NT/2000, XP, Outlook, MS Office and other popular desktop s/w or tools
- H/W such as PC Desktop/Laptop, peripheral equipment such as printer and scanner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good team player (team-work spirit).
- Basic Computer troubleshooting knowledge
- Having clear voice, customer service oriented with outstanding patience and carefulness
- Generic verbal and written capability in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel, browsers, HTML, and .Net development.
- Good understanding of Windows server, network cabling, TCP/IP, DB, IS Security.
- Good verbal and written capability in both English and Mandarin.
- Business reporting skill in English.
- Generic speaking and business reporting skill in English
- Basic usage and trouble-shooting for PC/laptop and other peripheral equipment
- Strong web development skill is plus
