Requirements:
* 2+ year of experience in b/s or c/s software testing.
* Strong knowledge and Experience of software QA methodologies, test plan, test case, test execution and report.
* Accountable experience in automated testing tools, bug tracking tools.
* Experience both in function test and performance test preferred.
* Be familiar with QA and testing theory
* Have experience in database and knowledge of SQL.
* Good master of at least one automatic testing tools such as WinRunner, Load Runner, Robot, RobotJ, QARun, QA Load and test management tool such as Test Director, Test Manager.
* Proven analytical and problem solving skills and detail oriented. Exhibits good project planning and time management skills.
* Pay great attention to details, dedicated and capable of working under low supervision
* Must be able to work in a team environment yet be self-directed.

Responsibility:
* build testing environment, make testing plan and design testing case. Prepare/execute test scripts (manual and/Automated). Execute tests manually and via automated testing tools.
* assist to build and implement software quality assurance and software testing process.
* To work with development team to track and fix the bugs.
* record errors and write report, track the error correction and finish the follow-up test.
* develop necessary test and auto-test tools.

Education:
* College degree or above
(Candidates with less experience may be considered as Junior Test Engineer)
