Marketing service Related: 60% time contribution
Develop products introduction, such as catalogue printing, delivery, Website and so on.
Preparation of Marketing promotion materials, T-shirts
Organisation of training distributors, of customers visits.
Organisation delivery of Mixing machines, scales , color cards and etc.
Marketing information analysis
Preparation of Newsletter to keep good communication with customers
Preparation of Authorization to the customers
New Color cards update work
Handling Complaints and other works
Sales Operation Related; 25%time contribution
Conduct sales forecast and other related analysis
Coordinate with salesman, internal departments on trouble shooting in order to promote sales.
Visit big accounts such as 4S group in order to develop/ maintain the sales
Through visit and tele-marketing to maintain the customers
Logistics support Related: 15% time contribution
Provide logistics support to the business development
