Purpose :

Responsibilities and activities include the design, specification and installation of Carestream Health (CSH) Information Systems applications – primarily but not limited to SAP. Involves investigations to identify business needs, identifying various alternatives required to satisfy these needs by using a wide variety of technical and business experience.
Performs business analysis, technical investigations, needs analysis, systems design, prototyping, documentation, training and implementation of new systems. Will become regional subject matter expert in SAP functionality represented & will be a point of contact for queries, questions, advice for the SAP support organization.
Individuals in this job will possess both business process and information systems technical experience.
Incumbent will be part of the CSH IT applications team (Greater Asia Region & Japan) & will be located in Shanghai, China.
Travel within or external to China may be required.

Detail of duties :

-Primary contact for business stakeholders for providing advice/guidance in the application of the CSH ERP/SAP global design for Order to Cash and if necessary consultation with other ERP/SAP team members.
-Assessment of system enhancement requests & communication/discussion of such requests with CSH Logistics/Supply Chain IT Manager.
-Business/IT analysis of approved enhancement requests and formal documentation ( ie Enhancements, functional specifications etc ) of such requests.
-Co-ordination/leadership in ERP/SAP projects for Order to Cash functionalities as allocated by the GAR/Japan IT ApplicationsResource Manager.
-Development of plans for system installation, preparation and execution of system tests, participation in operations turnover and system startup.
-Develop & deliver end user training and startup support.
-Develop and execute ad hoc queries based on internal client needs.
-Project management/leadership using CSH IS Implementation Process (CSHIIP)

Essential requirements :

-Fully proficient (configuration, change migration, master data) with SAP R3 in SD, SIS, LIS – minimum version 4.5
-Extensive SAP R3 project end to end implementation experience – at least 5 project cyles.
-Fluent English & well developed communication skills.
-Excellent problem analysis skills to determine root cause & identification of solutions.

-Demonstrated leadership capability
-Ability to effectively learn and work in a virtual team environment.
-BS Degree in Computer Science or Strong technical data processing skills
-Demonstrated experience with formal project life cycle and project management methodology
-Familiarity with the information systems architecture
-Current passport or ability to obtain one quickly
