JOB DESCRIPTION:The Inspection Coordinators role is to schedule and provide oversight to CEPs entire quality control process in order to ensure timely and thorough inspections. The Inspection Coordinator serves as CEPs liaison between the inspectors and the factory. It is his/her duty to ensure that our inspectors perform detailed and professional inspections in an efficient manner and that the reports they deliver are complete and correct by our companys standards.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Managing and coordinating inspectors around China.Looking for new honest and qualified inspectors around China.Reviewing inspection reports and sending them to our clients.Calculating cost of inspections before quoting them to customers.Supervising and making sure that CEP follows ISO
9001:2000 standards.Communicating with customers in a professional manner to effectively prevent and solve problems.Keeping detailed documentation of all correspondences and coordination work.Writing detailed reports and analysis.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Good command of spoken and written English to communicate professionally with CEP team and clients.Solid work experience with inspection process.Excellent organizational skills & project management experienceA team player with a positive outlook, a sense of accountability, and drive.The ideal candidate will: take pride in our company and help us to expand our operations.
