1. Drive and follow up on the Plant Efficiency Improvement cross each departments (IPLs) in a systematic way.
2. Working out the solution and systematically driver Shop Floor Layout Management
3. Drive and facilitate cross each departments in the shop floor on the Plant Resources Balancing in terms of manpower, shop floor space etc.
4. Support on other plant management projects i.e Lean/ 6 sigma, 5 S etc.
Requirements:
1.Education background:Above bachelor degree
2.Major in: Unlimited
3.Working experience:Strong background on Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing (Telecom industry preferred) , or Supply Chain Management.
4.Computer skill: Good at MS Office
5.Language ability:Good language skills in English
